Today, Darrington High School had the privilege of welcoming back Ronnie McCoy a former DHS alumnus who shared his journey from graduating in Darrington, to serving in the United States Air Force, to becoming a Captain/Lead Firefighter for the Eglin Air Force Base Fire & Emergency Services and the USAF Reserve 307th Fire Chief at Barksdale Airforce Base . Our students appreciated hearing his real-life experiences, advice, and encouragement about perseverance and finding their path after high school.
