Lunch Service Update

Wednesday Darrington School District food service and transportation staff distributed 60 boxes of food to families in need. Each box had over 25 pounds of meat, vegetables, and more. The boxes were provided through the USDA Coronavirus Federal Assistance Program. A special thank you to Elemental Cider in Arlington for distributing and warehousing these items, Darrington alum Carla Gastineau for bringing the program to the Stilly Valley, and to DSD staff for your work getting these boxes out to families in need.
